Terms of service

These terms define the rental of Mini-skladisce.si storage units, access to the secured area and the responsibilities of the customer and provider.

Rental and payment

The minimum rental period is 1 month. Rent is paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

Access and security

Access is available 24/7 via authorized phone call. The customer uses their own lock or the agreed locking method. The area is fenced, lit and video-monitored.

Responsibility

The customer is responsible for correct use of the unit and for stored items. Dangerous or prohibited substances are not allowed.

Prohibited materials

Flammable, explosive, toxic, perishable, living, illegal or otherwise dangerous items are prohibited.

Cancellation

The unit must be emptied, cleaned and returned in the agreed condition at the end of rental.
